You will be receiving the “official” notice in the mail (if you haven’t already) informing you of the Annual Meeting of the Keene Mill Village IV Homeowners Association.
The meeting will be held:
November 17, 2015 at 7:00pm, with registration beginning at 6:30pm

The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect TWO homeowners to the Board of Directors and provide an open forum for homeowners to discuss community issues. The newly elected Directors will serve a term of three years.
In order to conduct the Annual Meeting, a quorum of Members of the Association must be present either in person or by proxy. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete and return the enclosed proxy to National Realty Partners by 12:00 P.M. on Monday, November 16, 2015. Proxies may be mailed, faxed (703)689-0949 or emailed to [email protected].
