Dear Residents,

First, the Board would like to thank everyone for their cooperation with the changes in the holiday trash collection.

Unfortunately, the recycles were not collected on Saturday, November 26, 2016. In an effort to resolve the issue, the Board contacted our trash company. American Disposal apologized for the inconvenience, and stated there was a miscommunication with the crews, resulting in our recycles not being collected.

American Disposal did send out a truck on Monday morning, and collected all recycles that were still on the curb.

We apologize for any inconvenience due to this unforeseeable oversight.

Thank you for your understanding and patience, as we worked to resolve the issue.
