Two New Resolution Documents The Board of Directors recently (Jan 2012) adopted two new resolutions: Collection Resolution and Internal Complaint Resolution. The Collection Resolution deals directly with the Association’s ability to address those homeowners who are delinquent in their annual dues or assessments. The Internal Complaint Resolution is in response to new laws enacted by the legislation of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The resolution discusses addressing, filing and resolving issues brought to the Board by homeowners or others having business directly related to the Association. |
