Architectural Standards

Homeowners recently received an updated copy of the Architectural Standards. ALL residents (including renters and tenants) are responsible to read and adhere to the rules and regulations. Each resident is responsible for the regular upkeep and maintenance of homes and yards (front and back).

Planning a project? Before doing any exterior work on your home, you must file an Architectural Request Form. Work must be approved by the architectural committee before any project can proceed.

Do not leave toys or tools in front yard, store neatly in back yard.

Community Reminders

Fence lines

No personal items may be placed beyond your rear fence. Homeowner property lines do not extend beyond fence lines, this area is community common area, and not a storage area. Please secure items within your respective property boundaries. Items left beyond fences are subject to be discarded.

Parking

Do not park along or block fire lanes (yellow curbs). This area is to be kept clear at all times for emergency vehicles. Also, double parking (even if you are blocking your own spaces) is prohibited. Violators are subject to towing, at owners expense. Extra space for work vehicles or guests, is available in visitor parking on Tiffany Park Court, or on Blarney Stone Drive and Field Master Drive.

Under no circumstances are cars or trucks permitted on the grass! Do not drive or park moving trucks, vans, work trucks or cars on common grounds. Parking on the grass can potentially damage sewer and water lines, as well as landscaping.

Children Playing

Drivers, please slow down and watch for children playing around the neighborhood. Parents please do not allow children to play in the parking lots or near parked cars. Use caution around the school bus and during Halloween ….you will see the child before they see you!!!!

Trash & Recycle

Trash must be placed curbside after 5:00PM the night before collection. Trash should be placed in lidded trash cans, to prevent animals from tearing apart bags.

Cans and bins shall be stored in the rear of your property not on porches or front or side of home.

Collect empty cans and bins after pickup. DO NOT leave them curbside for days or over the weekend. Leaving cans out is not only unsightly, but also interferes with landscapers and others in the community.

All yard debris must be bagged or bundled for collection. The trash company will not pick up loose branches or limbs.

The trash company will not collect items such as tires, car batteries, landscape bricks/blocks, full paint cans or chemicals, to name a few. These items must be taken to the dump for proper disposal.

If you have an appliance for pickup, call American Disposal (703- 368-0500) to make arrangements for pickup. There is a small fee for removal.
