A reminder regarding your quarterly dues for 2017. There will be no increase in the dues, so the quarterly amount will remain the same as last year. Coupon booklets for payments have been mailed, and you should have them.

Failure to receive the coupon booklet does not relieve you of the obligation to make your payment on time. Late fees will be applied to any late payments.

If you would like to enroll in the direct payment plan, paperwork was recently mailed to all homeowners.
